Delivery Dates

Delivery date is between 3 to 5 working days after the acceptance of the order.

In case of lack of stock, Biscana reserves the right to extend the delivery deadline subject to its supplier’s delivery dates. The delivery date is merely indicative and not guaranteed. The date corresponds to the expected date of the delivery of the goods in Biscana, ready to send to the buyer.

Biscana can in no way be held liable for delays of the delivery of goods due to service failures of third parties, namely suppliers, transport companies or any other force majeure event.

Returns and complaints

Complaints and/or returns of products will only be accepted after being given in written, via fax (+351 244 769 509) or e-mail (thclothes@thclothes.com), within 15 working days after the reception of the goods. After this deadline the goods are considered as accepted.

Biscana does not accept responsibility for any damage and/or defects of products caused by acts of negligence by the buyer and/or inappropriate use of the articles according to what is specified in the catalogue and/or the label of the article (washing instructions, conservation and/or personalization).

Biscana does not accept returns that have not been communicated previously in written, as mentioned above, and that do not comply with the original conditions with which they were received (namely products that are not in their original packaging, have been personalized, damaged or have not been checked in quantity and quality when received at another address).

Samples offered by BISCANA cannot be returned nor refunded.

The return of products is the buyers’ responsibility and should be accompanied by a return delivery slip (with indication of invoice number) within the deadline stated above (15 working days).

In the case of the complaint/return not being the sole responsibility of BISCANA, the direct costs will be supported by the buyer.

If the motive for the return is solely due to the non-acceptance of the goods by the buyer (cancellation of the order), Biscana reserves the right to deduct from the buyer 10% of the total value invoiced.
